There was a time when I was your everything. When the sun rises from my smiles and my heart doesn't ache at the thought of you...

Tonight, My heart is breaking into tiny fragments, I fear I will never be whole again

Today, the wind shucks our love away, swirling off with dreams of us and our forever.

Sorry, my eyes are dry. They deny the demise of whom we are and its ceremony with claims of being too tired to roar a wail.

Right now, I wish this is a dream, a nightmare I will wake up from shuddering while your arms draw me close to safety.

But we are long gone, the memory of us no longer throbs.

And when the sun rises tomorrow, my heart will forget it once craved you, the knowledge of this hurts more.
